to combine high performance with material choices that support the circular
economy

Both the bottle and the carton use raw
materials with recycled content and certifications that ensure traceability,
reducing environmental impact without compromising the consumer experience.

 

PET Bottle B90R

Resin with post-consumer recycled content

The Aymée liquid soap packaging combines technology,
performance, and environmental responsibility. The bottle is made
from PET Laser® RCSD (B90R) resin from Alpek Polyester, which contains 20%
post-consumer recycled (PCR) content
.

Single Pellet® technology ensures homogeneity
and excellent performance during production, while maintaining resin
properties.

 

Key attributes include:

• High mechanical and thermal resistance.

• Low acetaldehyde (AA) generation.

• Viscosity stability.

• High efficiency in injection and blow
molding processes.

 

Carton made of paperboard

Vitacarta 300 g/m² with 100% recycled content

The secondary packaging was also designed to
reduce environmental impact: the carton is made of Vitacarta paperboard
with 100% recycled content, including 30% post-consumer, and is
FSC® certified (C028826).

Vitacarta is recommended for circular
economy-focused projects and is available in 250, 300, 350, and 375 g/m²
grammages.

 

With these choices, Aymée reinforces its
commitment to more conscious packaging, aligned with the demands of a
market that values sustainability and innovation.
